I currently have sliding scale/reduced fee availability for couples therapy only. Please inquire using the form on this website.
I accept credit cards, debit cards, and HSA cards. Payment is due at the time of the session.
Insurance
I am currently in-network with Aetna. For all other insurance, I am an “out-of-network” provider. However, many insurance companies will reimburse a portion of each session depending on your plan. I will provide a superbill for you to submit to insurance after each session. To determine if you may receive reimbursement, ask your insurance company the following questions:
Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
What is my annual deductible and has it been met? Is there a separate deductible for out-of-network services?
What is the “allowable amount” per session?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session after the allowable amount?
Policies
Please note that if you need to cancel your appointment, you are required to provide at least 48 hours’ advanced notice. Half of the full fee will be charged for all appointments that are cancelled without at least 48 hours’ notice. Please notify me via email to cancel or reschedule appointments.
