Please note that if you need to cancel your appointment, you are required to provide at least 24 hours’ advanced notice. The full fee will be charged for all appointments that are cancelled without at least 24 hours’ notice. Please notify me via email to cancel or reschedule appointments.

A full explanation of policies will be provided to you on your intake form when you schedule your initial appointment.
