An integrative healing session with me is a multidimensional sensory experience customized for the individual. I incorporate a combination of the following depending on your needs:
- A restorative yoga posture
- Sound therapy
- Hands-on healing (Reiki)
- Aromatherapy
- Crystals
- Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep/guided relaxation)
- Other guided meditation
We begin a session by discussing your needs, preferences, and anything that you are currently working with in your life (e.g. emotional or mental blocks, habits or addictions, goals and intentions) and I use my listening and intuitive skills to make suggestions as to which practices to include. The goal is to foster deep relaxation, mind-body healing, and steps forward on the path of personal transformation by tapping into the wealth of resources that already exists inside of you.
